As of now, we only sell brand new products sourced directly from the manufacturers. We do not deal in second-hand or ex-UK goods.

Our payments are processed on the website via Paystack gateway. This allows us to seamlessly and securely accept M-Pesa, Airtel, Visa, Mastercard and T-Kash

No, we do not.

Before your order gets dispatched, you can contact us to cancel the order. Once the order has been sent out for delivery, what you can do is return the item(s) for a refund, minus the delivery cost incurred.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

In Nairobi metro area, we delivery directly to your doorstep on the same day or next (depending on many factors such as time, workload, weather etc).

For all other towns, we use Fargo Courier or parcel company of your choice. Normally, these take 1 or 2 days.

In some cases, this can be arranged but is not guaranteed. It’s only possible on days when I’m personally at the store, usually on Mondays. Our online shop nature means we do not have staff waiting to serve as we work remotely, only doing deliveries.
