At Bike Centre, we are just getting started, and we’re looking for a highly motivated Entrepreneurial Assistant to help us build and grow our brand. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and make a real impact as a foundational member of our startup team. What You’ll Need:
Be;
- Young, energetic and in excellent health.
- Self driven and hungry for success with can-do attitude.
- Smart and quick to learn – Minimum 350 in KCPE & B+ in KCSE
- Of high integrity.
- Exceptional computer/internet literacy (If you would need to be shown how compress a jpeg, have no idea what a cookie does etc, do not apply)
- Bachelor’s degree in either business or technology related fields.
- Solution and Opportunity-oriented.
A passion for cycling and active lifestyle would be a great advantage.
What You’ll Do:
- Take complete charge : With guidance from director, you will take complete charge of running the business, with the view to become director shortly.
- Business Operations: Manage the day-to-day tasks of getting an e-commerce store up and running, including uploading products, managing inventory, product sourcing, order processing etc
- Help Shape Business Strategy: Work alongside the founder to brainstorm new ideas, improve business processes, and explore ways to grow and expand the business.
- Marketing & Branding: Assist with developing and implementing marketing strategies, including social media management, adverts and email campaigns.
- Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries, assist with issues, and ensure customers have a positive experience.
- Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support, helping with business planning, budgeting, interacting with other market players and day-to-day coordination.
